Keyword stemming is a process, in which you would be modifying certain keywords before making use of them for your site, or articles. This would actually increase your chances of getting more hits on your website. While changing the URL and metadata for your content isn’t exactly using social to win at SEO, to us it’s all the same process. That’s because within our CMS we’ve created tools that set up SEO right from the Entry Editor — before the content is even published. After the emergence of major updates, like Panda and Penguin, search optimizers have thrown around the term “penalty” to scare SEO novices into thinking that one simple mistake could instantly tank their site’s rankings. For years, we’ve viewed off-page SEO as the process of getting more inbound links … whether that be through link exchange deals, paid links, or other link-building schemes. What do all of these tactics have in common today? Google doesn’t like them, and has been known to drop the proverbial hammer-of-SEO-doom on numerous occasions when companies get caught using them.

Mobile Friendliness

Create infographics around your industry, at least once every two weeks or even one per month. Infographics can be simple. They don’t have to be full of tons of data or tons of information, but they do have to be interesting and creative. The page title and URL are two of only a small number of elements that are present for a user to view within the search engine results page. It’s fair to say that they have a huge impact on click-through rate from the SERPs. Some websites (on entering them) request a malware installation. These kind of websites are categorized separately by Google, as they can sense something fishy or suspicious activity going on in there. Linking to such websites can negatively affect your rankings. Heading tags (not to be confused with the head HTML tag or HTTP headers) are used to present structure on the page to users. There are six sizes of heading tags, beginning with h1, the most important, and ending with h6, the least important.

Duplicate content, Duplicate content

Noindex is a meta tag implementation that is sometimes used on search pages. Since some implementations of filters use the same technology as search pages, you may inadvertently be hiding some of your most valuable pages from search engines. The SERP landscape is constantly changing, with Local listing and OneBoxes popping up everywhere. Ranking number one has obviously never been a walk in the park. But now we’re dealing with a much more complex environment. Google values relevancy to the user's search more than it values pure LINK Authority. When the content answers the question of the search better than the other results (according to Google), it will rank higher if it has a decent link profile for that search result. Follow all the good on-page content and off-page optimization considerations, like fresh, unique content. Don’t overdo the keywords, prevent spammy backlinking etc.

Make sure your website is indexed in Baidu

Webpages with their target keyword in their URL tend to rank higher in Google than those that didn’t. Whether you purchase a separate domain (recommended) for your blog, or host it on a blogging service or a subdomain of your own site, try to ensure that your URL contains the primary keyword you want to optimize for. HTTPS secures the connection to the website you are visiting. I’m sure you have seen this in action; look at the address bar in the browser and find the lock icon on the left-hand side. Is the lock closed? Then the connection is secure. We asked an SEO Specialist, Gaz Hall, for his thoughts on the matter: "With the vastly reduced price of international communication and shipping, a logical next step is to launch a multilingual website."

A strong linking structure and other internal SEO best practices can provide that. Quality is always important when producing new content, but it’s the SEO that can boost your efforts of reaching a target audience. With the many different resources available for finding keywords people are actually using in their searches, it shouldn’t be too difficult to get through this stage of Search Engine Optimization successfully. Googlebot and other web crawlers follow the links that they find on web pages. If Googlebot finds new links on a page, they will be added to the list of pages that will be visited next. If a link does not work anymore, or if there is new content on a web page, Google will update the index.
